Complete beginner lessons
Never driven before? We start somewhere quiet with the basics — cockpit drill, clutch control, moving off and stopping — until it feels natural. No pressure, no shouting.
Expert driving tuition from DVSA approved instructors. Flexible lessons that fit around you.
From your very first time behind the wheel to polishing up motorway confidence long after you've passed.
Never driven before? We start somewhere quiet with the basics — cockpit drill, clutch control, moving off and stopping — until it feels natural. No pressure, no shouting.
Passed a while ago and lost your nerve? Or driving in the UK for the first time? We'll rebuild your confidence — junctions, roundabouts, dual carriageways and parking.
Need your licence quickly for work or university? A structured block of lessons over one to two weeks, finishing with your practical test.
A full test rehearsal marked exactly like the real thing — minor, serious and dangerous faults — so nothing on the day is a surprise. You keep the marking sheet.
Our speciality. Focused sessions on the manoeuvres learners find hardest, practised on the real local roundabouts you'll meet on your test route.
Already passed? Build genuine skill in motorway driving, night driving and poor weather — and potentially reduce your insurance premium.
Every one of our instructors is DVSA approved, fully insured, and picked as much for patience as for skill.

Four steps. We'll guide you through every one.
Call or email. We'll have a quick chat about your experience so far and what you want to achieve.
We pick you up and start at whatever level suits you. You'll be driving on day one.
We follow a clear plan and tell you honestly when you're ready — with a mock test to prove it.
Use our car for the practical, with a warm-up lesson beforehand to settle the nerves.
We pick you up from home, work or college anywhere in the areas listed, and we teach on the roads and roundabouts your test route actually uses — so nothing on the day is unfamiliar.
Not sure if we reach you? Give us a call. If you're just outside our usual patch we can often still help.
Completely normal — most of our learners feel exactly the same before their first lesson. We start somewhere quiet, go at your pace, and nothing happens until you're ready. The car has dual controls, so your instructor can slow or stop it at any moment.
The DVSA's own figure is around 45 hours of professional tuition plus roughly 20 hours of private practice, but it genuinely varies. Some people need fewer, some more, and neither is a problem. We'll give you an honest view after your first few lessons rather than selling you a package up front.
Yes. You must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and bring it to every lesson — we're required to check it. You can apply on GOV.UK from age 15 years and 9 months, and start driving from your 17th birthday.
A manual licence lets you drive both manual and automatic cars, so it keeps your options open. Automatic is usually quicker to learn because there's no clutch or gear changing to think about, which suits people who find the coordination stressful — but it restricts you to automatics. Happy to talk it through.
Yes. We'll take you to the test centre, give you a warm-up lesson beforehand, and let you use the car you've been learning in. Please book this well in advance so we can hold the slot.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to move or cancel a lesson so we can offer the slot to someone else. Life happens, though — if something urgent comes up, just let us know as soon as you can.
By bank transfer or card. Single lessons are paid at the end of the lesson; block bookings are paid up front, and any unused hours are refundable.
Give us a ring or drop us an email. We'll answer your questions with no hard sell and get you booked in at a time that suits you.
